Job summary

Ethos Support Co. is seeking an IT Manager to own the security, reliability, accessibility, and day to day administration of Ethos Support’s global technology environment.

This role leads endpoint management, identity and access controls, security operations, asset lifecycle management, technical support, vendor coordination, and client technology requirements across a distributed workforce. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who can set standards, solve complex issues, document decisions,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years IT experience with 2+ in leadership.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.
• Experience supporting remote and globally distributed users.
• Ability to document decisions and maintain security/compliance.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours for incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own admin, configuration, and security of Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
• Lead identity and access management and MFA processes.
• Manage devices, security policies, and compliance monitoring.
• Develop IT policies, SOPs, asset records, and audit evidence.
• Oversee support requests, incidents, and access changes.
• Monitor security alerts, investigations, and risk reporting.
• Manage hardware/software procurement and vendor relationships.
• Support SOC 2 controls and client security reviews.
• Translate client security requirements into practical controls.
• Prepare systems for new client launches and run DR/BC testing.
