Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead a multi-tier engineering team, ensure service delivery, and maintain PEZA regulatory compliance. You will oversee desk-side support, network stability, and end-user satisfaction while driving security and DR planning.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT infrastructure with 3+ years in management, strong English, and experience with MDM, endpoint security, and asset management. This is an onsite role in a dynamic global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or support roles.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management capacity within global setups.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-tier IT support team (L1–L3) and guide daily operations.
• Define service procedures, workflows, and SLA targets.
• Oversee local network, endpoints, and asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure PEZA compliance across IT asset registration and audit readiness.
• Enforce ITIL/ISO security standards and risk controls.
• Manage IT projects, vendor relations, and budget reporting.
