Job summary

Safety Management Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to build and execute testing protocols for SaaS applications for a US-headquartered EHS company.

You will develop and run test plans, report defects, and help stakeholders understand product usage across our suite of services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, work well in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with blue-chip clients to ensure the look and feel of web/mobile interfaces meets

Qualifications

• 4+ years of testing Web and Mobile apps with an agile team.
• Strong understanding of software testing techniques and processes.
• Experience with bug tracking tools; ClickUp is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to define and analyze requirements.
• Work closely with the project owner and development team to deliver quality features on time.
• Design, document and maintain acceptance criteria from the given requirements.
• Execute test cases on both Web and Mobile applications.
• Perform new feature and regression testing.
• Report and track defects in a clear and efficient manner.
