Job summary

ELVTR is seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager to drive technical delivery for our remote engineering teams. You will work directly with the CTO, coordinate engineers and business stakeholders from request through release, rollout and adoption, owning delivery mechanics while avoiding product priorities.

You’ll translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements, manage milestones, dependencies and risks, and ensure quality through user acceptance testing before deployment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software Project Management ownership.
• Fluent Ukrainian and strong Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ min, C1 preferred).
• Direct experience with UK/US/Canadian/European clients and distributed teams is a plus.
• Experience running 2–4 workstreams or coordinating roughly 5–15 engineers, QA, design, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Keep task trackers (Asana/Jira/Confluence) accurate for all initiatives.
• Turn discussions into owners, milestones, dates, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
• Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before engineering commits.
• Propose, negotiate, and track delivery plans through CTO approval.
• Coordinate execution, testing, releases, incidents, rollout, and adoption follow-through.
• Surface blockers and risks and escalate as needed.
• Interview stakeholders and write requirements when no BA is available.
• Own scope, dates, dependencies, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure UAT confirms the delivered work solves the business problem.
