Job summary

SMS Datacenter is seeking an IT Managed Services Sales Development Representative to reach out to hundreds of new leads weekly, qualify prospects, and help build the organization. This fully remote, full-time contract position follows a GMT-7 schedule and requires bilingual English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful IT B2B sales experience, preferably for a Managed Service Provider.
• Basic understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking or related tech.
• Proven record of exceeding quotas or KPIs.
• Self-motivated, organized and fearless on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective business customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Schedule appointments and facilitate discovery meetings to identify goals and tech needs.
• Explain and sell managed IT products and services including systems, cloud, networking and security.
• Maintain CRM records and report on KPIs.
