Job summary

Tribe Wellness Sales, Inc is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to support 150+ users across Salesforce, Vonage, SMS Magic and related tools. You will be the first point of contact for accounts, phone setup, and support tickets in a remote, independent-working environment.

You'll manage user provisioning, troubleshoot calls and voicemail, and work with carriers on number management. The role emphasizes self-direction, timely ticket resolution, and clear written communication within US Central

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT help desk, technical support or contact center support.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred, especially managing users, permissions and records.
• Strong troubleshooting skills: diagnose and explain issues clearly.
• Experience working independently with self-motivation and good time management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; communications primarily via tickets and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Keep the help desk dashboard at zero: open tickets, pending account requests and system health alerts.
• Resolve most tickets independently, with prior investigation for quicker closure.
• Set up and remove user accounts across Salesforce, Vonage, SMS Magic and related tools.
• Troubleshoot calling, callback and voicemail issues with agents and Vonage support.
• Manage business phone numbers: assignments, releases, and spam-label removal with carriers.
• Maintain users and numbers in our business texting platform.
• Process requests to delete call recordings under privacy procedures.
• Correct sales and order records when automated checks flag mismatches.
