Thrive Modal is seeking an IT Operations professional to ensure our tech stack runs smoothly and scales with growth. You will manage onboarding and offboarding, coordinate with external IT and web development partners, and maintain security standards across the organization.

The role emphasizes prioritization, clear communication, and ability to juggle multiple projects without coding. Remote work is offered with global client exposure across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations.
• Experience working with US clients.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding employees and temp workers, keeping systems and data safe.
• Knowledge of security training (phishing etc.).
• Familiarity with hardware provisioning and obtaining good pricing for devices.
• Experience with RingCentral/VOIP setup and provisioning.
• Knowledge of networking and firewall basics for offices.

This role ensures our tech stack runs smoothly and scales with our growth. This also handles system access, employee onboarding, vendor management, and coordination with outsourced IT and web development partners.

It's ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who can prioritize, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects without needing to code.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for all software systems (Microsoft 365, PMS, communication, and project tools).


• Coordinate with external IT support providers (e.g., Electric.ai) to resolve technical issues efficiently.


• Manage relationships with web development vendors, ensuring website and integrations run smoothly.


• Maintain an organized record of accounts, permissions, and security best practices.


• Identify and implement scalable improvements in processes and tech tools as the company expands.


• Serve as the bridge between operations and outsourced tech resources to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• With at least 5 years of experience with IT Operations.


• Must have experience working with US client prior.


• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud-based tools, and account management.


• Prior experience in onboarding and offboarding employees and temp workers, keeping our systems and data safe.


• Strong knowledge in company training around security, phishing, other operational items.


• Familiar with ordering, provisioning, and tracking employee hardware (laptops, phones, tablets). Knows where and how to get good pricing and accounts.


• Familiarity with RingCentral and VOIP for setup and provisioning.


• Familiarity with Fortinet/Firewalls and general networking for our offices.
