Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high-quality support.
• Stable employment history indicating long-term career growth.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong organizational and ticket-management skills with ability to prioritize requests.

Aufgaben

• Respond to IT support tickets and user inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, system access, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist users with password resets, account access, email, VPN, printers.
• Provide clear instructions and updates to end users.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support when needed.
