Job summary

ECI is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide end-user desktop support across Windows, Exchange and Office 365 for clients worldwide. This onsite role based in the Taguig office requires handling Level 3 issues, coordinating with senior technicians, and delivering world-class support in a fast-paced environment.

You will work rotating UK/EMEA hours, support Microsoft technologies, aid with AD and security practices, and collaborate with MSP-style teams to ensure quick resolutions and strong

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of end user support.
Proficient in Windows OS and Office 365 administration.
Experience with Azure, Intune and AD.
Familiar with MDM, basic PowerShell, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 end-user desktop support across Windows, Exchange, and Office 365.
Handle Level 1-2 tickets; potential Tier 3 work with Senior Technician.
Triage incidents; perform desktop/server troubleshooting and upgrades.
Maintain basic system administration tasks and patching.
Manage Active Directory tasks: user accounts, passwords, GPO.
Collaborate with IT teams to meet SLAs and engage vendors for warranty repairs.
