Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an IT Applications Support professional to act as Level II support, diagnosing and resolving system issues across global sites. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Development teams to ensure application reliability and drive support efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years in .NET, strong OOP, and familiarity with UI stacks (AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS). Experience with Git/SVN and AWS is beneficial, with an ITIL/Agile background preferred.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience with .NET technology.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Familiarity with modern UI stacks (AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Node.js).
Experience with Git or SVN and cloud infrastructure (AWS advantageous).
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and common web frameworks.
Experience in operations help desk or IT service management.
Strong analytical, debugging and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Level II support for corporate applications across global sites.
Troubleshoot and triage in-house and cloud-based applications (HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Payroll).
Own incidents, coordinate resolutions, and provide status updates.
Provide user training and publish documentation for time-saving support.
