Minutes To Seconds is seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Australian MSP clients from a 100% remote role in the Philippines. You will manage relationships, coordinate service delivery, and identify growth opportunities while aligning with client IT environments and strategic priorities.

You will work with a remote Australian-based team, focusing on MSP services, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management or a related discipline preferred.
ITIL certification is an advantage.
Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
Sales or account management certifications are an advantage.

Mansioni

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Australian clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Develop an understanding of each client's business, IT environment and priorities.
Conduct regular client meetings and account reviews.
Understand client concerns and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues.
Maintain account information, opportunities and activities in the CRM.
Communicate client expectations to internal technical teams.
Prepare and coordinate quotations; support renewals and expansions.
