Job summary

Wing is hiring an Interviewer to support internal recruitment by screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to uphold Wing’s standards of excellence. The role emphasizes high-volume, remote recruitment experience, collaboration with sourcing partners, and strong English communication skills.

The successful candidate will manage candidate records in the ATS, meet tight SLAs, and contribute to process improvements while working 100% remotely from a global setup.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting candidate interviews, screenings, and assessments.
• English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with ATS and managing large candidate pools.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates via online and social platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one interviews and screening sessions.
• Build and maintain internal talent pool across roles for current and future needs.
• Evaluate resumes, assessments, and work samples against criteria.
• Prepare candidates for endorsement to client-facing teams with clear expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to maintain a steady candidate inflow.
• Monitor candidate quality and trends to refine screening standards.
• Work within SLAs and hiring timelines to support operations.
• Contribute to process improvements in recruitment workflows.
