Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM/email marketing, preferably for international brands.
• Ability to plan, develop, and execute email campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Proficient in data-driven optimization and privacy regulations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute email campaigns across UK, EU and International geographies.
• Create and refine audience segmentation based on behavior and lifecycle data.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend tactical adjustments.
• Design and implement A/B tests and communicate results.
• Manage vendor/agency relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure campaigns comply with brand and regional regulations and are mobile-friendly.
