Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and benefits.
• Initiate and process prior authorizations.
• Assess financial eligibility and assist with nonprofit programs.
• Support patient intake and enrollment processes.
• Assist provider credentialing and payer enrollment as needed.
• Update patient charts and documentation in AdvancedMD.
• Manage backlog and case progression with clear records.
• Provide cross-functional administrative support as needed.
• Help document and improve SOPs and workflows.
