Qualifications

• Proven experience verifying eligibility and benefits with US payer plans.
• Experience with Medicaid and commercial plans.
• Proficient in payer portals and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail in enrollment workflows.
• Experience using an EHR/practice-management system.
• Able to manage multiple cases and follow up.
