You will manage eligibility, documentation, and follow-up to move patients through enrollment and prepare them for care, while addressing backlogs and building reliable back-office processes for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Familiarity with US commercial plans and Medicaid.
• Proficient in using payer portals and EHRs.
• Strong data-entry and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and benefits in commercial plans and Medicaid.
• Initiate and process prior authorizations per payer and clinic requirements.
• Identify missing information or issues that block enrollment and document findings.
• Assist with patient intake, enrollment, and portal setup; ensure data accuracy.
