Your work will improve back-office processes, manage payer communications, and ensure accurate documentation during enrollment and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Experience with US commercial plans and Medicaid a plus.
• Experience using payer portals and EHRs.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and benefits with commercial plans and Medicaid.
• Initiate and process prior authorizations per payer requirements.
• Review payer information and document results in AdvancedMD and related systems.
• Identify missing information and ensure enrollment progress.
• Support patient intake, enrollment, and chart preparation.
• Assist with credentialing, enrollment, and back-office case management.
• Document outreach, follow-ups, and next steps for cases.
