Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and benefits with commercial plans and Medicaid.
• Initiate and track prior authorization requests and communicate with payers.
• Review documentation to determine eligibility for nonprofit assistance or reduced-cost programs.
• Set up patient profiles and portals for intake, ensuring complete demographics and insurance data.
• Prepare patient charts before appointments and ensure complete administrative records.
