Job summary
Varicent in Mexico invites an Instructional Multimedia Designer to join the Education team within Customer Success. You will craft multimedia experiences that translate complex product concepts into engaging visuals, supporting learners and adoption across Varicent Academy (Docebo) and Community (Gainsight).
You will collaborate with Technical Education Developers to translate learning objectives into videos, animations, and templates, applying adult learning principles to reduce cognitive load
Qualifications
- Experience creating multimedia assets for learning or software environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and scalable design systems.
- Experience using AI-enabled workflows to speed production.
- Strong visual design with typography, layout, and UX.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals.
Responsibilities
- Create multimedia assets for learning experiences, including videos, animations, and templates.
- Partner with Technical Education Developers to convert objectives into visuals.
- Apply visual design principles to improve clarity, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows to speed production while upholding quality.
- Produce and edit video-based learning content with captions and VO.
