Job summary

Altametrics is hiring a remote contract sales professional to generate and qualify leads and pass qualified prospects to the sales team. You will operate on Pacific Standard Time during night shifts, with commission-based earnings and no base salary.

You must have your own equipment and be able to work remotely, bi-weekly payments via Payoneer/Paypal. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound lead generation, discovery calls, pipeline updates, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales or lead generation.
• Ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage of the sales process.
• Clear and professional English communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead management capabilities.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities, including calls and emails.
• Identify and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with the Sales Leader on qualified leads and opportunities.
• Log customer interactions and keep CRM data up to date.
