Job summary

Magic is seeking an Influencer Sourcing Specialist to build and manage a pipeline of creator talent for a skincare brand. You will source on TikTok and Instagram, vet content, and help align creators with an inclusive beauty identity.

This remote, full-time role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, rigorous tracking, and independent judgment to keep outreach and reporting on track. Expect 40 hours weekly, EST business hours, and a fast-paced, remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing/investigating influencers on TikTok and Instagram.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, data entry).
• Experience maintaining detailed tracking or reporting systems.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home-office setup.

Responsibilities

• Identify TikTok and Instagram influencers whose content and audience align with the brand.
• Apply consistent vetting criteria across leads: engagement, fit, and brand safety.
• Maintain clean tracking sheets with handle, platform, follower count, engagement, notes, and status.
• Research adjacent brands for new sourcing angles and creator pools.
• Assist with outreach coordination and weekly pipeline reporting.
