The role involves sourcing creators on TikTok and Instagram, vetting for alignment with our inclusive identity, and maintaining organized tracking systems. You will support outreach and reporting, ensuring the pipeline stays healthy as the brand scales its influencer program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing or researching influencers/creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, clean data entry).
• Experience maintaining detailed, organized tracking or reporting systems.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home-office setup.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Sourcing: Identify TikTok and Instagram influencers whose content and audience align with the brand identity.
• Lead Qualification: Apply consistent vetting criteria across every lead; assess engagement quality and brand fit.
• Pipeline & Tracking Management: Maintain clean tracking sheets logging handles, platforms, follower counts, engagement, and status.
• Market & Brand Research: Research adjacent brands for potential talent pools and new sourcing angles.
• Outreach Support & Reporting: Assist with outreach coordination and deliver weekly pipeline status reports.
