Job summary

Magic is seeking a dedicated Influencer Sourcing Specialist to build and manage a strong pipeline of creator talent for our skincare-forward brand. You will surface, vet, and track leads across TikTok and Instagram, ensuring diversity and alignment with brand values.

You will maintain organized tracking in Excel/Google Sheets, support outreach, and deliver weekly pipeline reports while working remotely with a 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST schedule.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking leads and pipelines.
• Experience maintaining detailed, organized tracking or reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Our client is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer skincare and lip care brand built for a diverse range of skin tones, with a clinically-backed, inclusivity-first product philosophy. They've built a loyal following through both their product line and their editorial content on beauty, identity, and self-care. As they scale their influencer program, they're looking for someone to help build and manage a strong pipeline of aligned creator talent.

Why does this role exist?

This role exists because the brand's influencer strategy depends on finding creators who are a genuine aesthetic, audience, and values match - not just accounts with large followings. As the brand grows its presence on TikTok and Instagram, they need a dedicated specialist to consistently surface, vet, and track high-quality creator leads so the internal team can move quickly and confidently into outreach and partnerships. Ultimately, this role is the engine that keeps the influencer pipeline full, organized, and aligned with the brand's inclusive, skincare-forward identity.

The Impact you’ll make

Influencer Sourcing

• Identify TikTok and Instagram influencers whose content, aesthetic, and audience align with the brand's skincare-forward, inclusive identity


• Ensure sourced talent reflects a diverse range of skin tones and is not skewed toward any single age group


• Continuously scan platforms to stay ahead of emerging, relevant creators

Lead Qualification

• Apply consistent vetting criteria across every lead: engagement quality, audience fit, content-style fit, and brand safety


• Exercise judgment on aesthetic and audience alignment - this is not a follower-count-only exercise


• Flag any red flags or brand-safety concerns before a lead moves forward

Pipeline & Tracking Management

• Maintain clean, organized tracking sheets in Excel/Google Sheets logging handle, platform, follower count, engagement rate, content style notes, contact info, and status


• Keep records accurate and current so the internal team always has a reliable view of pipeline health


• Use formulas and filtering to keep large volumes of leads easy to sort and act on

Market & Brand Research

• Research adjacent and complementary brands whose follower base or influencer pool could be a good hunting ground for additional on-brand talent


• Bring forward new sourcing angles and creator pools as the pipeline matures

Outreach Support & Reporting

• Assist with early-stage outreach coordination once leads are approved


• Deliver weekly reporting on qualified leads sourced and overall pipeline status

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven experience sourcing or researching influencers/creators on TikTok and Instagram


• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, clean data entry)


• Experience maintaining detailed, organized tracking or reporting systems


• Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST

• Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Compensation:
