Job summary

Adaptive Teams seeks a top-tier Industrial Designer to craft world-class product and packaging designs. You’ll translate concepts from sketch to CAD and produce photorealistic renders for Amazon and our e-commerce channels.

Open to candidates in the Philippines with fully remote work. Training on Amazon-specific visuals is provided, and you’ll join a fast-paced team focused on growth in the digital marketplace.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of industrial designs, CAD models, packaging prototypes, and real-world product outcomes.
• Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills with SolidWorks/KeyShot or similar.
• Proficiency in graphic design for packaging and print using Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Concept and develop physical products from sketch to factory-ready CAD.
• Create photorealistic 3D renders and product images for Amazon listings and e-commerce.
• Design packaging that pops online and delivers memorable unboxing experiences.
• Craft brand-aligned instruction manuals and print-ready assets.
• Adapt designs for Amazon listings and e-commerce channels (training provided).
• Apply DFM principles to ensure designs are beautiful, functional, and manufacturable.
