Job summary

Adaptive Teams in Philippines is seeking a hands-on product designer to develop consumer products for Amazon and ecommerce. You will translate concepts into factory-ready specs, create packaging artwork, dielines, and production files, and work closely with development and sourcing partners.

This remote role requires a strong eye for color/typography, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple SKUs concurrently.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods product development and packaging.
• Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop for creating packaging artwork.
• Ability to craft detailed product specs and factory-ready documentation.
• Familiarity with color, typography, layout, materials and product presentation.
• Comfortable handling physical products, measurements and revisions.
• Experience creating production-ready files like dielines and tech packs.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products.
• Experience in Amazon/e-commerce product development is a plus.
• Experience with home goods, textiles, apparel, or similar consumer products is a plus.
