Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking an Industrial Designer with strong 3D and graphic design skills for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will drive product concepts from sketch to CAD, create photorealistic renders for Amazon and online channels, and craft packaging that stands out in ecommerce.

The ideal candidate has a polished portfolio, proficiency in SolidWorks/KeyShot and Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen eye for production-ready details. Training for Amazon visuals is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong industrial design background with a relevant portfolio.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering using SolidWorks/KeyShot.
• Graphic design skills for packaging and print.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce production-ready designs.
• Willingness to learn Amazon visuals and requirements.
• Experience creating product images for e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Elite designs win in the market—we want yours. We’re looking for a top-tier Industrial Designer with strong 3D and graphic design skills. Amazon experience isn’t required—we’ll train you to master the platform while you focus on creating world-class product and packaging designs.

Portfolios are everything. Show us your best industrial designs, CAD models, packaging prototypes, and real-world product outcomes. Unrelated work (e.g., furniture if that’s not our category) won’t help—we want to see designs relevant to our markets.

This is a full-time staffing role for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Concept and develop physical products—from initial sketch to factory-ready CAD
• Create photorealistic 3D renders and product images for Amazon listings, our website, and other e-commerce channels
• Design packaging that pops online and delivers unforgettable unboxing experiences
• Craft brand-aligned instruction manuals and print-ready assets
• Work with our team to adapt designs for Amazon listings and e-commerce channels (training provided)
• Apply DFM principles to ensure designs are beautiful, functional, and manufacturable

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Strong industrial design background with a high-quality, relevant portfolio
• Expert in 3D modeling and rendering (SolidWorks, KeyShot, or similar)
• Skilled in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) for packaging and print
• Obsessed with detail, quality, and delivering production-ready designs
• Eager to learn Amazon-specific visual requirements (we’ll train you)
• Experience creating product images/visual assets for Amazon or e-commerce websites is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
