Job summary

Adaptive Teams in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on designer to take consumer products from concept to factory-ready execution for Amazon and other ecommerce channels. You will work across product development, packaging, graphics, and production specs—taking concepts from initial idea through factory-ready execution.

You’ll translate ideas into clear factory instructions, build tech packs, review samples, and ensure visuals are consistent, functional, and ready for online markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, production design, packaging, or consumer goods.
• Ability to create detailed product specifications, tech packs, or factory-ready docs.
• Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and materials.
• Comfortable working with physical products, measurements, samples, and revisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new consumer products for Amazon and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create packaging designs, layouts, labels, inserts, and product graphics.
• Build detailed product specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers.
• Develop specs for home, textile, apparel, accessories, or similar products.
• Translate concepts into clear factory instructions and review samples.
