Responsibilities

• Check and verify nightly reports and amend corrections.
• Prepare spreadsheets balancing interface accounts.
• Post and reconcile revenue and adjustment postings daily.
• Prepare and post monthly journal vouchers.
• Balance reports exported from PMS with accounting system daily.
• Maintain journal or balance sheet tracking all funds.
• Enter daily information into Income Audit Report forms; runs backup reports.
• Reconcile the balance sheet with receipts and ensure transactions are accounted for.
• Assist in monitoring all financial activities to ensure compliance with laws and controls.
• Lead investigations to resolve discrepancy issues.
