Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable & Income Auditor to manage receivables, ensure accuracy of daily revenue, and support overall financial operations. This role is responsible for handling collections, performing revenue audits, and conducting fieldwork when necessary to ensure timely payments and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collections
• Prepare billing statements and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Conduct fieldwork for collections and client coordination, as needed
• Reconcile guest accounts, corporate accounts, and group billings
• Perform daily revenue audits from Front Office, F&B, and other outlets
• Verify cash, credit card, and online transactions for accuracy
• Prepare Daily Revenue Reports and audit summaries
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepanciesCoordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments for proper reporting
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting, Accounts Receivable, or income audit (hotel experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and revenue auditing
• Willing to perform fieldwork for collections when required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Honest, organized, and highly dependable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
