Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, agents, and prospects.
• Answer questions about HomeLight services and offers.
• Provide email and CRM-based support responses.
• Troubleshoot account and software issues, including password resets.
• Complete other customer and agent support tasks as needed.
• Document interactions and maintain CRM data.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, white-glove experience.
