Job summary

Everise, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to lead training for call center personnel, focusing on customer service, sales, and product knowledge. The role supports both remote virtual training and on-site sessions, collaborating with clients to tailor curricula and materials.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of adult-learning instruction, an instructional-design background, and strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year instructing in an adult learning environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, English or related discipline.
• Experience with virtual online teaching/training.
• Ability to build rapport in online environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication at all levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to work any shift (7 days a week).
• Understanding of SOPs and adaptability to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service and sales skills.
• Train in remote virtual environments or brick-and-mortar settings.
• Develop curriculum with clients and create supporting materials.
• Coach and evaluate learners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare lesson plans and course agendas for training classes.
• Conduct proficiency evaluations and certify trainees.
