Job summary

Everise in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training for call center staff. You will cover product knowledge, sales, and customer service, in both remote and on-site settings.

The role requires at least one year of adult instruction, a degree in instructional design or related field, and strong communication. You will design curricula, assess learners, and adapt sessions for diverse group sizes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year instructing in an adult learning environment, preferably in contact center or customer service.
• Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, English or related discipline.
• Virtual online experience in blogging or teaching; ability to train online.
• Excellent oral and written communication at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service and sales skills.
• Train in remote virtual environments or brick-and-mortar settings; use Adobe Connect or similar.
• Prepare lesson plans and course agendas for each class.
• Conduct proficiency evaluations and certify trainees for assigned programs.
• Develop curriculum with clients and create supporting materials.
• Engage learners and maintain high graduation and on-the-job performance ratings.
• Support operations by taking calls when needed; adapt training for class sizes 10–100.
