Qualifications

• Minimum of one year instructing in an adult learning environment, preferably in contact center or customer service.
• Experience delivering training in both virtual and brick-and-mortar settings.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build rapport online.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service and sales skills, client product knowledge, and Everise policies.
• Train in remote virtual environments or brick-and-mortar settings.
• Prepare lesson plans and course agendas; conduct proficiency evaluations and certify trainees.
• Develop curriculum with clients and create supporting training materials.
• Manage class sizes from 10 to 100 learners and support ongoing refresher modules.
