This role demands technical expertise alongside strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will be responsible for system setups, troubleshooting, and facilitating integrations while maintaining high quality standards. The role is fully remote, offering a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of freelancing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).
• 3–5+ years of hands-on development or technical support experience.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or eCommerce environments.
• Experience in remote, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding and implementation for new clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain platform modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs.
• Support QA testing and write test cases.
• Collaborate with CTO, Product, and Customer Success teams.
