Job summary

SPS Commerce, a cloud-based supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a Consultant I to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will work with a professional group to develop standardized solutions, research and resolve customer change events, and manage escalated issues as needed.

Responsibilities include installing, upgrading, testing, configuring systems, analyzing client requirements, tracking project progress, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of implementing projects.
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and business objectives.
• Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of products.
• Carry out tasks and assignments with moderate supervision.
• Track progression of implementation projects and meet deadlines.
