Job summary
SEED Engineers P/L is seeking experienced Remote Building Services Engineers with a focus on HVAC and wet fire systems to join our Manila-based team. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely for Australian clients, designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive building services solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Building Services or related field, have 3–5 years in HVAC/wet fire design, and are proficient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-5 years' HVAC design or wet fire systems experience.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM; familiarity with AS/NZS standards.
Responsibilities
- Design HVAC, including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and ductwork.
- Prepare fire safety designs for wet fire suppression systems.
- Conduct load calculations and energy analyses.
- Produce drawings and specifications using CAD/BIM software.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to deliver integrated systems.
- Support tender processes and project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards.
- Remote work readiness and client liaison.
