Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) is a plus.
• At least 10 years in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of HVAC load estimating software (Camel or similar).
• AutoCAD and Revit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical services and building systems.
• Lead and supervise the Mechanical Engineering team to meet project objectives.
• Ensure designs meet client specs and country standards.
• Liaise with authorities to gain approvals when required.
• Maintain drawings records per QA procedures.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines and stakeholders.
• Provide training and development for junior staff.
• Prepare high-level technical reports and project status updates.
• Lead medium-sized multi-discipline projects.
• Apply safety in design and QA/OHS processes.
