Job summary

WSP Philippines seeks an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to lead mechanical services design for building projects. You will develop and refine HVAC systems, manage drawing records, and ensure compliance with codes and project specs.

You will work with local and international partners, apply safety in design, and mentor junior staff while delivering technical reports and 3D models using AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical HVAC systems for building services.
• Maintain drawing records per QA procedures.
• Apply relevant legislation, standards, and project specs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other disciplines.
• Prepare technical reports for small to medium projects.
• Use HVAC software and 3D modelling to develop designs.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ obligations and safety in design.
• Mentor junior staff when possible.
