Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an Install Coordinator in Manila to support scheduling, communication, documentation, and logistics for HVAC installation projects from start to finish.

The role requires strong organization, proactive decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with heavy interaction with U.S. customers and field teams. Excellent English communication is essential for daily coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in installation coordination or similar operations role.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, home services, or field-service business is preferred.
• Experience with CRM, dispatch, scheduling, or field-service management software.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule HVAC installation jobs and coordinate crews.
• Maintain real-time scheduling updates and installation backlog.
• Serve as direct customer contact with updates and confirmations.
• Coordinate with sales, field supervisors, warehouse, and other departments.
• Ensure permits, documentation, and payment collection are completed.
• Update CRM and generate reports on installation progress.
