Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD/GBS Technical Consultant to design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions that improve employee services and shared-service operations.

The role requires current HRSD ServiceNow certifications, extensive hands-on experience with GRC/IRM and SecOps, and the ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders including CISOs and security teams. Strong integration, development, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow certification in HRSD or related area.
• Minimum of 3 ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• CTA highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow HRSD/GBS solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and engage with CISOs and security leaders.
• Translate business, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Mentor teams and manage technically complex implementations.
