Job summary

ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD/GBS Technical Consultant to design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions that enhance employee services and shared-service operations.

The role requires extensive HR technology and ServiceNow expertise, including HRSD capabilities such as HR Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, and lifecycle workflows, with a CIS HRSD certification and multiple CIS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR technology, shared services, or enterprise applications.
• 5+ years ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years implementing ServiceNow HRSD.
• Delivered at least 2 end-to-end HRSD implementations.
• Strong experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and HR workflows.
• ServiceNow HRSD certification (CIS HRSD) required.
• At least 3 ServiceNow CIS certifications preferred.
• Consulting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership experience.
