Job summary

LAdmins is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist based in the Philippines to support a U.S.-based HR services firm and its clients. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance and compliance while communicating fluently in English and Spanish with clients and staff.

You will work with a U.S. team on day-to-day HR needs, ensuring accurate records, timely responses and a professional service approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of progressive HR experience in a multi-client or fast-paced setting.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding and HRIS administration.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for assigned clients in English or Spanish.
• Coordinate onboarding packets, system entries and terminations to ensure compliance.
• Prepare letters, forms and maintain HRIS data and client records.
• Track client compliance calendars and audits; support leave and employee relations records.
• Support recruiting with postings, screenings, interviews and background checks.
• Generate standard HR reports and coordinate coverage with peers.
