Qualifications

• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience preparing HR or workforce reports.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and people operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and workforce summaries.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and HR process improvements.
• Own recurring workforce and headcount reports for leadership.
• Maintain and update HR dashboards and reporting files.
• Clean, validate, and reconcile employee data across systems.
• Build Excel or Google Sheets reports using pivots, lookups, formulas, and related functions.
• Use AI tools to improve HR workflows, analysis, and documentation.
