Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, Recruiter, or TA Specialist.
• Experience recruiting for US-based companies and communicating with US candidates.
• Excellent written and spoken English; first point of contact for many US-based candidates and employees.
• Willingness to work night shift aligned to Arizona business hours.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Recruitment: post ads, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers.
• Onboarding and HR administration: issue offer letters, collect requirements, maintain records.
• Training coordination: schedule trainings, manage calendar, track completion.
• Employee engagement: coordinate events, manage budget and surveys.
• Payroll support: review timesheets, assist with payroll prep (not processing).
