Job summary

Urrly, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to join our People Operations team for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You’ll manage employee lifecycle tasks, keep HR data accurate, and build workforce reports while using modern tools to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience preparing HR or workforce reports.
• Comfort working with HR technology, data, and automation.
• Regular experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and people operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and workforce summaries.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and HR process improvements.
• Own recurring workforce and headcount reports for leadership.
• Maintain and update HR dashboards and reporting files.
• Clean, validate, and reconcile employee data across systems.
• Build Excel or Google Sheets reports using pivots, lookups, formulas, and related functions.
• Use AI tools to improve HR workflows, analysis, and documentation.
• Identify gaps in HR processes, reporting, and systems, then recommend practical improvements.
• Support leadership with ad hoc HR reports and operational requests.
