Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd, Manila-based fintech company, is seeking a People Tech Analyst to accelerate automation across recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

You will own HR process improvements, gather requirements, map processes, and drive end-to-end HR systems automation with cross-functional teams including developers and internal stakeholders. Remote-friendly, hybrid-first, with strong analytical expectations and English-language documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as BA/Process Analyst or HRIS Analyst.
• Hands-on HR process automation experience.
• Experience running projects end-to-end: from requirements gathering to testing and launch.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HR process improvement and automation end-to-end.
• Collaborate across analysis, PM, HR systems configuration, and automation.
• Gather and document business requirements, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Independently run HR systems automation and improvement projects from idea to launch.
• Coordinate delivery of changes with stakeholders and developers.
• Organize UAT, ensure solution quality, and support rollout.
• Train users and provide HR systems administration support.
