You will cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and professionals while driving revenue and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales Development – build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Sales Operations – negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while meeting sales targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – align initiatives with internal teams and share insights.
• Financial Coordination – support collections and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
• Compliance & Professional Standards – ensure activities comply with policies and regulations.
• CRM Management – maintain customer data in Salesforce and monitor opportunities; use Power BI for planning.
