The role requires identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer-focused outcomes. Regular field visits and CRM-driven reporting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Proven 2+ years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify sales opportunities in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Identify hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrate sales drive by securing new clients and exceeding targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to healthcare clients’ needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with healthcare clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reports and collaborate with Finance to manage overdue payments.
• Travel as needed for customer meetings, sales presentations, and industry events.
