B. Braun Philippines is seeking a Professional Hospital Representative to expand our market presence by cultivating relationships with hospitals, clinics and medical professionals.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, report accurately, collaborate with internal teams, and support billing and customer-focused solutions while traveling as required. The role emphasizes compliance, data accuracy in Salesforce, and territory planning using BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Sales Development — Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals; secure new clients and exceed sales targets; deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations.
• Sales Operations — Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; take ownership of performance delivery; maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data.
• Collaboration & Market Insight — Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives; share market insights; refine strategies based on healthcare trends.
• Financial Coordination — Partner with Finance to recover overdue payments, resolve billing issues, and prepare accurate forecasts aligned with inventory planning.
• Compliance & Ethics — Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards; educate clients on safe product use.
• CRM Management — Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce; track leads, opportunities, and visits; leverage BI dashboards for territory planning.
