• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and holding a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals; secure new clients and exceed sales targets; deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; own performance delivery and maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives; share market insights; refine strategies based on healthcare trends.
• Coordinate with Finance to recover overdue payments and assist with billing issues; provide accurate forecasts.
